This Privacy Policy describes how SparkDeck ("we", "our", or "the App") handles your information.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
SparkDeck is designed to be privacy-first. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to any servers operated by us.
The App stores the following data ONLY on your device:
- Device connection settings (host name, IP address, username) — stored locally in the App's database
- SSH credentials (passwords, keys) — stored in iOS Keychain, encrypted by the operating system
- Chat conversations with local LLMs — stored locally on your device
- App preferences and settings
2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
SparkDeck uses the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat: Manages in-app purchases and subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user ID and purchase events. See: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
- Apple App Store: Processes payments for Pro subscriptions. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
3. NETWORK COMMUNICATIONS
The App connects directly to your DGX Spark device over SSH and HTTP (via Tailscale or local network). All traffic is between your iPhone and your own hardware. We do not intercept, log, or proxy this traffic.
4. ANALYTICS
We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
5. DATA SECURITY
Your SSH credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain, which is encrypted by the operating system and protected by your device passcode or biometrics. Credentials are never transmitted to our servers (we have none) or third parties.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
SparkDeck is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
